Our care of the older person services are based in Anna Gaynor House and provide care for three distinct groups:

  • Frail older people with chronic illnesses who require maximum or high-dependency care.
  • Younger people with progressive neurological conditions.
  • Patients requiring palliative care over longer periods.

Anna Gaynor House, a purpose-built building on our Harold’s Cross campus, is named after one of the Religious Sisters of Charity who commissioned the opening of Our Lady’s Hospice in 1879.
