What We Do
When you arrive at our unit, you will be assessed by our multidisciplinary team, which will then meet to discuss the care you need. Thereafter, an individualised care plan will be drawn up with you, with input from each team member.
You will stay with us for a minimum of two weeks and possibly up to four weeks depending on your individualised care plan (Patients return to their own homes every weekend on a Friday afternoon and return early Monday morning. Patients must make their own arrangements to go home).
During your stay, your progress will be monitored. We will chat regularly with you to find out how well the programme is working for you. We are also happy to meet with your family or carer(s) to discuss how to care for you once you leave CRU.
