There are many ways to work with us and we understand that every company is different, so each relationship is tailored depending on your needs. We have an experienced and dedicated team, here to support and guide you.

Sponsorship

We run events throughout the year that companies can sponsor. In sponsoring events, companies can align their brand with Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services and gain branding and awareness opportunities. Sponsorships include our high profile campaign in the run up to Christmas – Light Up A Life –among others. We can also develop bespoke sponsorship packages. Find out how your company can support. Corporate Donation

Making a corporate donation to Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services means you are supporting the provision of specialist care in Ireland’s largest hospice. Every donation, no matter how small, counts, and if you wish, you can specify the area you would like to support, or simply allow us to use your donation where the need is greatest. We also have a recognition programme in place dependent on the size and type of donation. If a company donates over €250 in a year, the company can claim a tax deduction as if the donation was a trading expense. Corporate donations can be made here

Employee Fundraising

Employee fundraising is a fantastic way to engage colleagues and foster team spirit. We have a number of ideas (from table quizzes to bake sales, cycles, to a family fun day), you might have your own idea or you can participate in one of our campaigns. To see our calendar of events please click here.

We will provide you with all the materials (balloons, t-shirts, posters, collection buckets etc.) to help make your activity a success. We can also potentially attend your event, participate in photography, support communications activity and help promote your event through our communication / social media channels. Some companies will top up or match the funds you have raised to increase your final donation.

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving encourages members of staff to give regularly through their salary. It is a simple and effective way for staff to contribute on a regular basis through payroll deductions. The amount is chosen by the employee and then deducted from their pay cheque by the company’s payroll department. Donations of €250 or over a year are eligible for tax relief.

Matched Giving

Many employees can apply to their company to top up their fundraising with Matched Giving. Companies might match funds raised euro for euro, or top up the amount to be donated to a higher level.

Trusts, Grants & Foundations

We welcome the opportunity to work with anyone interested in making a gift this way. We actively approach charitable trusts and foundations and apply for relevant grants to seek funding to support our work, purchase vital equipment and help fund our development and expansion.

Charity of the Year

Does your company nominate a Charity of the Year? We would be delighted if you would consider us as your charity partner. We will work with you or your charity committee to support and develop a programme of fundraising and volunteering opportunities that have impact, meaning and enhance your CSR. A partnership such as a Charity of the Year can last for a year or span multiple years.

.

Volunteering

Do you or your colleagues have some time to spare? There are opportunities and ways to get involved throughout the year to support Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services. Companies have helped out by planting flowers, working side by side with our staff and volunteers in the preparation for Light Up A Life, or being part of a crew that hits the streets to sell on Sunflower Days. We ask companies to give a corporate donation in tandem with volunteering and are very appreciative of financial support alongside volunteering.

Cause Related Marketing
