Visitors’ Information

There is free Wi-Fi (Internet) connectivity available throughout the premises. Open access PC is also available in the restaurant. Internet access on the wards will soon be available.

We have no ATM service and credit card payments are not available in the facilities.

Public payphones are located on some wards and by the Security Desk and Main Reception.

CCTV cameras monitor the Hospice both internally and externally 24hrs a day. Any security incidents, including items lost or found, should be reported to the Security Office in the Palliative Care entrance hall.

Free car parking is available for patients and visitors.

Visiting hours are restricted to:

Mon-Fri:         1.00pm-2.00pm
5.00pm-9.00pm
Sat & Sun:      11:00am-21:00pm

The Hospice is a smoke-free zone. There are, however, other designated smoking areas on the hospice grounds for visitors’ use.

Opens daily for breakfast, lunch and tea. The restaurant closes at 4pm each day. Vending machines are situated in the restaurant area, serving tea/coffee and light snacks.

A dedicated suggestion box is located outside our nursing office, and there are forms and envelopes available for any ideas that you might have that would greatly help us to improve our service.

Should you wish to make a complaint, please request a meeting with the ward managers or the nurse in charge to discuss your concerns.
