Feedback, compliments and complaints in Fundraising

Our generous donors are at the heart of all that we do and we are committed to ensuring that all our communications and dealings with our supporters are aligned to our mission and core values of dignity, compassion, quality and care and of the highest standard possible.

However, we understand that it is inevitable that feedback and complaints arise and our commitment to our donors is that we will listen and respond to feedback so that we can continuously improve and develop.  We welcome all feedback, both positive and negative.

We aim to ensure that:

  • It is easy to give feedback or make a complaint.
  • We will treat as a complaint any clear expression of dissatisfaction with our fundraising activities, practices or communications.
