Full marathon  – starts 8am
Half marathon – starts 9am

We would like to reassure all participants that we will be adhering Government guidelines at all times to protect participants and staff and to ensure you have the best possible race experience. The race is also supported by Athletics Ireland.

Register here to take part in a half or full Wicklow Marathon

All funds raised will go towards Wicklow Hospice. Should you wish for your funds to go to Harold’s Cross or Blackrock Hospice, please let us know.

As a vital fundraising event for Wicklow Hospice, we are asking participants to raise a minimum of €100 sponsorship as part of this event.  You can easily set up a fundraising page on  justgiving.com.

Participants will also receive a Fundraising Toolkit and sponsorship card. All participants will receive a Race Finishers medal!

Wicklow Hospice, which is the first specialist palliative care facility in County Wicklow, welcomed its first patients in 2020. It provides 15 in-patient beds at the Hospice at Magheramore, as well as delivering specialist community palliative care services across the county.

Our fundraising has been severely affected by COVID-19, so your involvement in the Wicklow Marathon (or half marathon) will have a truly lasting effect and be very gratefully appreciated.
