Garden Description: 

Come and visit our stunning Hospice gardens as part of the Harold’s Cross festival 2019.

There will be plants for sale, tips from our gardeners, refreshments.

The Hospice Gardens  are a wonderful mix of both traditional and contemporary planting and design. They are distinctive and much loved gardens that are well worth a visit.

Our timeless Rose Garden and Award Winning Bloom Garden – Journey on Earth offer a variety of planting, sensory experiences and creative landscaping.

The Rose Garden, formally known as the nun’s garden, appeals to many as it is rich in colour and evocative scents. This established and much loved garden has sheltered areas for visitors.   Seasonal changes are reflected providing a constant source of interest throughout the year.

Our patients’ spiritual and emotional journeys are echoed in this new garden with areas of social interaction as well as areas for quiet reflection, complimented by a variety of sensory experiences for all who visit.

On arrival at the Hospice , please continue straight ahead and follow the sign posts. Parking is available outside the Education & Research Centre (opposite the Garden).
