*This course is open to all registered general nurses with at least one year’s post-registration experience.<\/p>\n
It is delivered via blended learning, incorporating a mix of interactive online lectures, self-directed learning and in-person classes.<\/p>\n
This module is part of the Graduate Diploma in Chronic Illness Management and is being offered in partnership with UCD. It is now also being run as a standalone module, subject to demand.<\/p>\n
The course is scheduled to run from January to May 2027. It involves 3 in-person days, which will take place on Mondays (exact dates TBC).<\/p>\n
Assessment of students involves an oral PowerPoint presentation and a written assignment.<\/p>\n
