The CPD in Care of the Older Person is designed to provide the participant with the core nursing skills required to care safely, professionally, holistically and therapeutically for the older person. On course completion, the participant will be able to recognise the need for, and execute, person-centred care being cognisant of patient safety, ethical issues and professional accoutnability.

This course is Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ)
